羅浮堡大學(Loughborough University)，又稱拉夫伯勒大學、拉夫堡大學，地處於英國英格蘭中部東米德蘭茲地區萊斯特郡羅浮堡鎮。羅浮堡大學起源於一小型技術學院，而後發展成羅浮堡學院(Loughborough College)並於1929年加入大學體育運動聯盟(University Athletic Union)。學院於1952年分為四個機構，分別為羅浮堡理工學院、羅浮堡教師培訓學院、羅浮堡藝術與設計學院及羅浮堡技術學院。最終於1966年成為羅浮堡理工大學(Loughborough University of Technology)。

學校排名於英國位列中上，並排於世界大學400名內。知名校友包括塞巴斯蒂安·柯伊爵士、David Moorcroft，Paula Radcliffe和Steve Backley等。
